My passion is to help you transform yourself by training your body to be stronger, to achieve stability and balance, and to move effectively, efficiently and with more confidence throughout the motions of daily life.


Personal Training Sessions

There are options for training! In-person private and small group sessions are offered at our private gym in Truth or Consequences, NM. If you're outside of our area, you can still get top-notch personal training services from the privacy of your own home or from your local gym via FaceTime or Zoom sessions.

Core stability and balance skills form a fundamental part of training for life.


Multi-dimensional Movement

Reminding the body of all the directions we're meant to move in is a basic part of our training program.


Loaded Movement 

The ViPR is just one of the tools we use to prepare for life outside of the gym. Loaded movement and odd-position training help us develop skills that we use in everyday life.


Resistance Training for Strength

Building muscle is about more than how we look. Getting stronger improves our daily life experience and helps us to conquer whatever tasks life throws at us.


a bit about me

I've been a certified personal trainer since 2014 and have helped many clients achieve their goals, from developing strength and balance to improving ground-to-standing skills. My 40 years of yoga practice (instructor since 2005) have given me numerous tools to use with clients who need flexibility, mobility and balance work. One of my favorite training tools is the ViPR, which helps us move creatively and drives our cardio experience.  My most recent certification is with Stick Mobility, which helps us take all of that to a whole new level!
